An Evening in India at the Beaumont India Fest 2012

India Fest 2012
Saturday, November 3
starting at 5:30 p.m.
in the Beaumont Civic Center

IAST, India Association of Southeast Texas, was established in 1986 with the vision of becoming an efficient cultural conduit between the East and the West, by bringing the Indians in the Golden Triangle together and by promoting cross-cultural programs involving artists from different ethnic backgrounds. Today, thanks to a dedicated Board, and an excellent team of volunteers, IAST enjoys an excellent reputation as a leading multicultural organization that brings the community closer. IAST believes that tradition has no geographical, linguistic, social or religious barriers, and has proved this by producing collaborative programs with all cultural diversity. IAST is proud to donate part of the evening’s proceeds to a few local charities. The evening includes a great variety of programs along with delicious ethnic Indian cuisine. Baby sitting and refreshments for children below the age of 12 will be provided by IAST.
