If you have ever tasted a Banh Mon , we know you have been back for more! If you haven’t heard of this renegade food trailer that is creating a food crave for a flavor that you can’t get anywhere’s else, then here’s the 411 :

The Bánh Mon is a  hybrid version of the Vietnamese/French Sandwich, Bánh Mi created by local Chef Monica Cobb Monica & her husband,  local artisan John Cobb,  are the wizards behind the scenes making these fabulous sandwiches in the Renegade Trailer.. Their warm Baguettes are filled with a unique mixture of  Soy Aioli, Crisp Cucumber, Choice of Protein, Watercress, Arugula, Cilantro, Carrots, Pickled Dikon, Mai Ploy Vinaigrette & Sriracha. Gluten-Free upon request.   Sandwich by Chef Monica and Elvis Painting by John Cobb! (plus guitar tunes & sing-alongs strummed up by John while you eat at their casual dining outdoor tables)!
